Privacy policy

LED VICTOR takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected on ledvictor.eu, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, and Article 82 of that Act (trackers, ePrivacy Directive).

1. Data controller

LED VICTOR, 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France — SIREN 103 119 830.
Contact for any question relating to personal data: contact@ledvictor.eu.

LED VICTOR has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as such an appointment is not mandatory given the nature of its activity.

2. Data collected, purposes and legal bases

We only collect the data that is strictly necessary. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on the basis of this data.

The fields marked as mandatory in the forms are necessary to process your request; without them, we cannot follow it up. The website is aimed at professionals and is not intended for minors.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) in accordance with its own privacy policy; LED VICTOR only uses it to reply to you.

3. Recipients of the data

Your data is intended solely for authorised staff of LED VICTOR. It is processed, on our behalf and on our instructions, by our technical processor:

Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to the competent authorities where required by law.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Your form data is hosted within the European Union, and the website itself does not transfer any data outside the European Union. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp (Meta), that service may involve transfers to third countries, covered by the safeguards provided by Meta (for example standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Your rights

You have the following rights over your data:

To exercise your rights, write to us at contact@ledvictor.eu or by post to the registered office address above. We will reply within one month at most. We may ask you for proof of identity if there is reasonable doubt.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr/en. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

7. Cookies and trackers

A cookie (or tracker) is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. In accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL guidelines (transposing the ePrivacy Directive), only strictly necessary trackers may be set without your consent; all others require your prior consent.

This website does not set any cookies and does not use any trackers that require your consent: no advertising cookies, no analytics tools, no embedded social networks, no embedded third-party translation or mapping services. Fonts and images are hosted on the website itself, and switching between languages (French, English, Chinese) is done simply by changing page, without storing anything. A simple information banner is shown on your first visit: the fact that you have closed it is remembered for 12 months in your browser's local storage (key lv-cookie-notice). This storage is strictly necessary for that function and does not require your consent.

Links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps) are simple links: by clicking them you leave our website and the service concerned applies its own rules. The administration area reserved for LED VICTOR uses a strictly technical session cookie; it does not concern visitors.

If, in the future, we were to add a tool that requires consent (for example audience measurement), we would ask for your prior agreement through a banner letting you accept or refuse just as easily, and this policy would be updated. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. To learn more: www.cnil.fr/en.

8. Security

LED VICTOR implements appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-protected access to the database and the administration area, limited to authorised staff, protected files that are not publicly accessible, and hosting within the European Union.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may change, in particular if regulations or the services we use change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. In the event of a significant change, we will let you know on the website.
